How do I request an estimate?
Use the project form to share your name, contact details, town, service, and a description of the work. You can also call 603-440-1404. We will discuss the scope and whether a site visit is needed.
Which areas do you serve?
We’re based in Tilton and serve New Hampshire’s Lakes Region. Include your town so we can confirm availability for your project.
Can I request more than one service?
Yes. Select “Multiple services / other” and list the work you have in mind. For example, a project may include skirting, entry steps, and lawn establishment.
Do you work only on new homes?
You can ask about both new projects and improvements to an existing home. Describe the property and current condition so we can confirm the scope.
What determines the cost and schedule?
The size and condition of the area, materials, site access, preparation, and the sequence of other work all matter. Pricing and timing are discussed for your particular project.
Are you part of Lakes Region Modular Homes?
Yes. Lakes Region Home Services is a branch of Lakes Region Modular Homes, focused on exterior improvements and property projects.
What happens after I submit the form?
