PLAN YOUR PROJECT

A little planning.
A clearer project.

From a single repair to a full list of exterior improvements, start with the details that help define the work.

01 / THE OUTCOME

What would you like to change?

Describe how you want the property to look or work when the project is finished. A more usable entrance, a finished base around the home, and a lawn after construction each provide a useful starting point.

If you have a list, identify your first priority. Mention any deadlines, upcoming deliveries, or other scheduled work. A preferred date helps start the discussion; availability is confirmed after the scope is reviewed.

02 / THE DETAILS

Bring the basics. We’ll work through the rest.

  • Your town and the type of home or property.
  • The service or services you want to discuss.
  • Approximate dimensions or area, if you know them.
  • Existing materials, visible issues, and what you would like to keep.
  • Access constraints, gates, nearby structures, and other work in progress.

You do not need a complete specification to get in touch. Describe what you know, and note anything you would like help deciding. Keep photos handy for the follow-up conversation; the online form accepts a written description.

03 / THE SEQUENCE

Think about the whole property.

Some improvements share access or affect the same area. Include connected work in the first request so the sequence can be reviewed before individual tasks are scheduled.

Finishing a manufactured home

Discuss skirting alongside steps and landings, including how you need to reach the space beneath the home.

Bringing the lawn together

Review ground preparation, irrigation, and hydroseeding together. Mention any equipment that still needs to cross the area.

04 / THE AGREEMENT

Know what the proposed work includes.

Before moving forward, review the scope, materials, preparation, removal of existing materials, cleanup, price, and schedule. Clarify any items that depend on a site visit or further investigation.

Ask what you need to do before the crew arrives and what care the finished work will need. For a new lawn, discuss the watering and aftercare plan. For work around an entrance, discuss access while the project is underway.
